Japanese post-apocalyptic steampunk watermill

Japan post-apocalyptic steampunk world
Chapter 3 | Exterior
Project description:
The world I created is a fantasy of how could steampunk look like not in Victorian England, but somewhere in Japan.
A catastrophe stopped the progress and destroyed the most part of humanity. The great machines of the past are left abandoned, rusting and turning into ruins. Many of their details were taken by survived people and used in construction of their homes. People live in strange buildings, use watermill as the source of energy.
Here you can see the concept of this watermill. Actually, it's not a windmill only, but also a bridge and something like can office centre for those who rule the town. It is the main building and the highest point of the town.
